I am a Bard, from what I know all Bard immigrated from France (Gardegan-Toutirac, Guyenne - Near Bordeaux (Libournes) France) to Rivière-Ouelle near Quebec City in the Province of Quebec Canada. That's where I still live (Quebec City). I know some members of the Bard family moved from Quebec, Canada to Rhode Island, USA.
