Recently, I started going through some property I acquired over 40 years ago and came across a small piece of paper that's written in calligraphy writing.  The paper is very old (but in very good condition, unfortunately no date) and appears to be some type of last Will and Testament of a Christine Kuhns.  The Administrator is listed as John Kuhns and the paper lists the following people as being entitled to $271.13 each.  They are listed as: George W. Kuhns, Albert F. Kuhns, Eli A. Kuhns, Mary E. Kuhns and Lizzie S. Kuhns.  I suspect the paper is from around 1870 and this particular family lived and worked in Forest County, Barnett Township, Pennsylvinia.  They were somehow associated with John and Andrew Cook of Cook Forest.

I would like for someone to have it.  So please contact me if this paper could be from one of your great-great family members. If it is, I will send it to you via the USPS.  The paper needs to go to a good home, instead of sitting in my attic.

I am wondering if the Christian Kuhns you describe is the same one as I found from a Google search.

He was born Nov. 21, 1821 in Leatherwood, Porter Twp., Clariion Co., PA. This Christian Kuhns died Oct. 10, 1870 and is buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Forest County, PA.

Clarion County is on the southern border of Forest County in 1870.

I have a brother of my ancestor John Kunes 21 DEC 1802-2 Aug 1863, named Christian (30 DEC 1819-17 MAR 1899) from Centre Co, PA. He married a Caroline ______, but I don't have other info on him. Sounds as if he is not your Christian, since his dates don't fit.
