Is there an option to run a report of all the individuals in my family tree?

Your best option is probably to download a gedcom of your ancestors, beginning with you. This will give you up to 15 generations of ancestral families regardless of who the profile manager is or who is on the trusted list. If there Is an ancestor who descendants you are keeping track of, you can download of gedcom of his or her descendants. You could then import these gedcoms into a desktop genealogy program, and create any reports or charts you need. You will need to do some editing of the narrative (biography) for each person to generate good reports.

Everyone had great ideas.  It looks like the watchlist option is going to be best for what I am trying to accomplish at the moment, but I did become a little more familiar with the site while looking into the other suggestions so they were very helpful also!

If you go to My Wikitree and scroll down to watchlist you will find a list of all the profiles you manage or are on the trusted list of.

There are a lot of 'displays' / reports of family members from the 'Family Tree & Tools' tab on your profile page. Scrolling down to the Genealogy Research section, it has an Ancestor List for you, compact family tree, Family List, etc.  It really depends on what you are looking for.

I think you are looking for a "group sheet."  From any profile, click the "ancestors" icon and you have various display options.
