Susan, the profile manager is not terribly active on WikiTree. He has not made any contributions since Nov 2019. You should consider becoming a full member and that way you could improve the profile yourself as well as add any family members. It is free and there is no obligation what-so-ever to make contributions. It would be nice for you to be able to flesh out your own grandfather's profile.
