A lot of people submit their DNA to Gedmatch then add their Gedmatch ID to their Wikitree profile. That way you can compare your DNA on Gedmatch using the ID's, no matter what testing company you used.
I do not believe there is a DNA sticker. Have you looked at this page DNA-FAQ.
You can also compare your Y and mtDNA directly from WikiTree on mitoYDNA.org.
We do have a sticker/template for FS mtDNA testing for the EKA (Earliest known Ancestor) for a mtDNA line. It is used to identify the ancestor who is known via good Genealogy and also has a FS mtDNA tester for the line.
Here is my EKA for FS mtDNA testing: Anne Unknown at the top of the profile is the FS mtDNA tester template.
YDNA haplogroup designations are changing so rapidly that there really is no way to keep up with the latest, so we don't use one for it.
