You mean the husband of Mary Kelly -10496? Possibly because one or more of the censuses listed as sources shows him as her husband? Not having access to them, I can't tell that for sure.

There is a profile page showing his wife as Margaret Barrie born Freckleton but also shows partners as Margaret Barrie and Lee Freckleton

Marriage record. Lee McKinstrie Frankleton & Mary Kelly: proclamation of marriage in church 1st and 8th of October 1854.

1859 Census names him as Frankland.

Death registry 1901, for Lee Freckleton names wife as Mary Muir - per profiles, Mary Kelly's mother was Margaret MUIR.

Don't see a middle name of KIDD so far.

Scotland's People has Franklington.  It also uses a slash between the McKinstrie and the Franklington.  (I do not see a second entry a week later, but doubles were common -- once in his Paris, once in hers, usually a week apart.)
