What do I do with a profile that the person does not seem to exist?

I adopted a file for Benjamin Philbrick, ID#:Philbrick -867.  I have been doing a lot of searching and I am thinking that this particular person does not exist or whoever created the profile to start with was way off on dob.  The first Benjamin Philbrick I have been able to find after 3 days of searching has a dob of 1726 with parents being Nathan and Dorcas (Johnson) Philbrick. The information in the profile has a dob of 1690 and parents of James and Hanna (Perkins) Philbrick but also listed as (uncertain).  Could someone please help me on this as to what to do with it?  Thanks.

Here is the link to the (non-original) death record image at FamilySearch.org:

Thanks everyone.  I had run a search on FamilySearch and looked at a bunch of the resources already listed on  Philbricks as they are part of my ancestors, but there was nothing coming up for this Benjamin.  I do not have a subscription to Ancestry at this time so I can only look for ideas on there.  I appreciate all the help.  I had also gone through several books on Google Books and one is the Philbrick Family History - again, no Benjamin listed in it so far until around 1720,1726.  I will keep looking though and hopefully come up with parents for him.

I merely followed yours (yes) and Marion's (yes)  lead, Eddie. I expected FamilySearch.org to have the image since I've done research on New Hampshire individuals from that same time period.

I didn't look for the image

I went shopping

got strawberries ninety-nine cents a pound !!! bought 4 pounds

hahahahahaha
