You cannot add the DNA test numbers/information for another living person to his/her WikiTree profile:

The only person who is permitted to add DNA information on WikiTree for a living person is that person him/her-self. The only way your nephew's DNA results can be added is for him to join WikiTree.  Then he can add it and, if he is not interested in becoming an active member, he can make you his profile manager and he never needs to have anything more to do with WikiTree … unless, of course, he wants to.  If you add his email address to his profile then he will automatically receive an invitation to join.
