James A. Newman and Eva Stephenson, PA c. 1900

0 votes
Albert Maurice Newman played with big-band leaders Abe Lyman and Phil Harris, as well as orchestrating for films at RKO and 20th Century Fox. His birthplace is consistently given as Pennsylvania, and on one census, his father's birthplace is Pennsylvania as well, while his mother's is Missouri.

His marriage record in 1922 Vancouver WA even gives us his parent's names: Jas (James) A. Newman and Eva Stephenson. However, try as I might, though I have dug through the 1900 and 1910 censuses, I can't find Albert or his parents.

Can anyone help?
