I think Stickney Anc. = The Ancestry and Descendants of Thomas Stickney Evans

Unfortunately, it doesn't contain any variations of the Peasley surname (Peaslee, Peaseley, Peasely, Peasly, Peisley, Pesley, Pesly)

The first part of the citation appears to refer to Tripp Family with Collaterals, published 1948.  Joseph Peasley appears on page 58.
