One certificate says Digna, the other Dingena. Both schould be stated and recognised. How to separate them in the first name field, so it is clear there are two ways to write the name?

You don't.
You choose one for the name field and explain the other spelling in the biography. (You could choose to add the alternate spelling as a "nickname", but not everyone likes how the names display.)
