research needed to add anything to this man in France only

Guillaume Audouart was a notary in New France, the first important one who left us a lot of records in Québec city and Beauport.  He did not marry here, and it is not known if he ever did marry.  He left here late October 1663 to return to France.

Anything at all that might show what happened to him in France would be appreciated.  He left traces here aplenty, but nothing giving his origin even.  Being a notary for 15 years, it is likely he would have taken up a similar position in France.  His dit name, which is only used for him very late here, was St-Germain.
