the procedure of adding a person to my trusted list

Two ways:  If you know the e-mail address, click the privacy tab on your profile.  Scroll down to 'Trusted List,' and enter the e-mail address then click 'Add this person.'

Way 2:  Contact the person and ask him or her to send you a Trusted List request.  There is a link for that on your profile.

The Trusted List request link is on the profile to whose Trusted List you want to be added.
