There is one Belva Boyd graduated 1929 from Kearney High School and I noticed a classmate, Russell Flotz.  Again, without information from you regarding where you think this couple Charles and Belva may have married, its tough to pinpoint.

site where I find one Belva Boyd graduating.

Neil my mother is Belva Boyd and she died when I was 2 yrs old.  She did attend and graduate from Longfellow High in Kearney as did Charles Foltz.  Charles Foltz is quite probably my father but I am still trying to get enough information to validate this.  For my mother  I did not know when she graduated until I received your comment.  Thank you very much.  Charles Foltz is supposedly mentioned or pictured on page 83-85 of the 1926 log and I believe he was a Senior at the time but I do not have access to any records at this time. I was recently able to download copies of some of the pages out of the 1928 yearbook showing Belva Boyd  as a reporter for the schoool paper (The Echo) and as a member of the Spanish and Literature Clubs.  I will contact Barbara to look up the items on Charles fo me.

Thank you again and I hope you have a great Thanksgiving
Hi, my name is Sherri, daughter of Neil, I did this tree in Wiki and nervous to post our information so I jumped ahead and when I came back it went to Neil as admin of my records whom is my father and who does not use computers.  I am trying to find out how to fix that and make me admin so folks know who they are chatting with.

Glad I found some new info for you.  I did notice a Russell at that school so maybe he was a brother to your Charles.   Russell shows as a graduate the same year as your mother, sorry to hear she died when you were so young.

I don't live in that area of perhaps could check records for you, maybe try rootsweb chat for the areas you want to inquire about using family surname of Foltz and someone will respond who is related.

Best of luck to you.   I hope Barbara can retrieve information and even pictures for you that might help in your search.

Sherri

Where do you suspect the marriage occured, this information might help us to help you.  For instance a search found a marriage of a person of the same name, Charles but not to a Boyd and in 1935 in Indiana.  It helps to know because it's possible a first wife existed and died.
