Should Symon Mills Sr. be PGM? [closed]

I was in the process of listing all of my Windsor ancestors for the Descendants of Founders of Ancient Windsor members. One of them is Symon (Simon) Mills Sr. I created, sourced and added photos to his profile in April 2020. I found and discussed two discrepancies 1) his wife being Jone Bissell vs. Sarah Bissell, and 2) his arrival date in the colonies. Two sources suggest he arrived on the Mary & John in Plymouth, MA on 30 May 1630 . Anderson lists Simon Mills arriving in Windsor, CT in 1639 [GMD, 2015, Pg. 229].

This evening, when I was re-reviewing his profile, I noticed these arrival dates.Either way, it appears that Simon Mills arrived in the colonies prior to 1640. Should he not be included in the PGM? Thank you!
