Database suggestion 571 error [closed]

This profile has come up with a database suggestion for FindAGrave - Link without Grave ID when I have used the citation created by Wikitree X. I have used this citation format on multiple profiles yet this is the only profile that has come up with the suggestion. What is different about this profile that the suggestion thinks there isn't a grave ID when it is right there?

Hi Darren,

I agree - that profile currently appears to have an appropriate FindAGrave ID and it doesn't appear that any changes have been made to the profile since this week's suggestion report Date of Data: 21 Jun 2020.

Can you share examples of profiles with similar citation format that aren't resulting in the suggestion?

Here's a related profile with just the template (no other verbiage in the citation) and an apparently appropriate FindAGrave ID which also has the same suggestion:

Gilbert Bruce Woodward

Here's another profile with a valid FindAGrave ID and the same suggestion:

Merrie Nellis

Hi Darren,

The above examples all have relatively recently added FindAGrave memorial ID numbers (larger numbers):

  • 210141869
  • 211086985
  • 210933316

I suspect that the suggestion software can't currently handle ID numbers that large, and that's what is causing these particular 571 errors.

I'd suggest adding the tags bugs and ales to your post.

Hmm - this related post appears to indicate that these number values should not currently be a problem.

Unless someone comes along with a good answer, I'd still add those tags to your post.

There were some recent G2G discussions because the family search citations were not including the Find a Grave ID in the citation, but it doesn't look like you used that citation.  Ales had commented about that being a recent problem.

Add Ales as a tag so he will be sure to check this question.
Thank you Rick Peterson for finding that it wasn't just my recent edit last week that did something wonky.

I have added the suggested tags
Thanks for your input Linda Peterson. The format I used is what gets generated by the Wikitree X app. I have added some more tags.
Find A Grave is now Find a Grave using a lowercase 'a' not sure if anyone mentioned or knows anything about it.
It has been like that since mid March. If you use their wording to make wikitree template, you have to be careful to change the A.

That was another limit reached. I have a fixed number of 210 millions as maximum memorial id. I increased it to 220M. I think I changed it 2 weeks ago, Maybe they did some massive import. I will republish the suggestions asap.
