MCA citations for Elizabeth FitzHugh to Edward Carleton [closed]

Question

Elizabeth FitzHugh, da. of William FitzHugh, 5th Baron Fitz Hugh and Margery Willoughby m. Ralph Greystoke, 5th Baron Greystoke. The citation on MCA 2nd ed. v.2 p. 200 says she was the ancestor of Edward Carleton, John Fenwick, Anne Mauleverer, Phillip & Thomas Nelson and Thomas Rudyard, see GREYSTOKE 11.

I had noticed she was not related to Edward - tracing the tree the Greystoke entry p. 283-285 doesn't have a citation for Edward Carleton on p. 285. This seems like an error - note it is also in Plantagenet Ancestry. I was hoping someone could check RA? Also is there a published errata for MCA 2nd ed. (or is that just RA...)?

Ralph Greystoke 5th lord Greystoke is in RA Vol.3 GREYSTOKE number 14 on p.139.

But RA does not have those "Ancestors of" footnotes.

Thanks for checking. To be clear, I didn't see how Elizabeth Greystoke and Edward Carleton should be connected so I thought the footnote was in error. I suppose not having footnotes was one way to deal with this issue - I had hoped this was addressed in the corrections/additions section in the first volume.

Elizabeth's aunt Eleanor is one of the ancestors of Edward through the THORNTON BRIDGE line, I thought perhaps they were mixed up.

From this discussion on soc.genealogy.medieval  in 2011 it was a 'printing error' and it was Eleanor FitzHugh who is the ancestor of Edward Carleton.
