Does anyone have family tree links to African Americans with Corbin as a last name with ancestors in Pittslyvania County VA?

Working on a coming to the table project (https://comingtothetable.org/), trying to find linked descendents to my ancestors (last names Corbin, Mahan and Davis) who lived near Chatham VA in pre-civil  war. My ancestors migrated to TX and OK in the 1870s. Ironically a 100 years later thanks to the military my family ended up back in Virginia. My parents now live in Roanoke, VA, less than hour and half from Chatham. We are hoping to visit family graves and the area sometime post COVID.

I am hoping to find out more about enslaved people linked to our family before we visit the land. I also would like to find ways to support and learn from African Americans seeking their family history in the same area.

Here is a link to the records we have related to enslaved people and our ancestors: http://dgmweb.net/FGS/Corb/CorbinJameson-SarahJDavis.html

Thank you for your time and blessings on your journeys.
