Regarding the marriage record for Jesus Ma Mota and Ma Carmen Magallanes, according to the 1930 Mexico Census record in one of the answers below, they had two children (Jose Ma and Margarita), Jose Ma was born ab. 1923, then, Jesus Mota and Carmen, should have got married 1921/1922. Unfortunatelly, there are no available microfilms with marriage records for that time frame.

Mexican civil records are searchable at Ancestry for many states in Mexico. They are on the institutional edition (available at libraries and at the FHC). I do not know which personal subscription includes these. The problem is that the FHC are not open, but depending on where you live, it is possible your library is open or will re-open in the foreseeable future.
