When can an Unknown profile be recycled?

Question

When you want to add a profile with a LNAB as Unknown,  to the [[Category: Recycle Unknowns]] you need to consider the following:

• It must be orphaned
• It must not be connected to any other profile
• It must be without any dates/locations which would enable a researcher to identify profile.

Also do a check in the Changes tab of the profile to see if there is any clue of who this profile might have been created for.
