Looking for fellow chappell relatives, my father is Ronald Eugene Chappell ll he currently registered in Oakland, ca , my paternal grandfather was Ronald Eugene Chappell l. James chappell is my uncle, it's rumored he passed but I have no idea, and looking to go much Further into my family tree as I know literally no one in my own family.
