Enhancement to Matches: Do not suggest match on unknown dates if family birthdates > 100 years (absolute) from matched

When working my GEDCOMpare report, members with the same name (and sometimes the same father/mother's name) show as suggested matches. When comparing, they may be centuries apart (1170 versus 1500, or 1603 versus 1856). While I understand the logic of how they got there, a vague check against dates would reduce the number of bad matches.

I probably care more about this now than I would in the future, as I am working my GEDCOM from weRelate for the first time.
