You cannot enter DNA for a living person other than yourself. Your daughter will need to join Wikitree and post on her own profile.

Do you mean she needs to have her own tree?  I assume it doesn’t as all our family details are on my tree. Sorry I have not been on this site for long and am not sure of how it all works
The goal of Wikitree is a single shared tree with one profile per person.  Your daughter just needs to become a member of Wikitree in her own right in order to add DNA information to her profile.  If you created her profile initially I believe you will need to make her the profile manager,. If she doesn't have a profile she will create one when she joins.
Thank you
