Best answer
Enoch Davies (with its variant spellings) is a very common name in Wales. For instance there are over 50 people of that name living in Cardiganshire in 1871.
It’s impossible to make any progress just based on the name; we’d need more information on the birth place, birth year, family members, residence, etc.

Enoch Davies born 1852 Cardanshire, England is in the 1891 England and Wales Census, taken at Llanllwni, Cardiganshire, Wales, Greenfield.
Enoch Davies is 39, wife Mary is 35, daughter Sarah is 12, sons John is 10 and Samuel is 1.

In the England and Wales Census of 1901, Enoch is a farmer and 49 years old, wife Mary is 45, daughter Sarah is 22, Sons Samuel is 11 and Daniel is 9.
In 1911 census, Enoch is 60 a farmer, wife Mary is 55, son Samuel is 20 and grandchild Mary A is 9.
