New member introducing myself, I am stuck on the John K McLamb and Mary House before and after their sons death

Looking for information on John K McLamb and Mary House . I thought I had seen their names on a ships list before 1884 from Ireland, porting at or near Wilmington, NC.Their names are on their sons death certificate in  november 1926 in Fayetteville NC.I'm not finding them before or after the sons death. . Julius Franklin McLamb He is my great grandfather,. I do not know if there were any more children born to them.

I see a John  K. Mc Lamb but wife named Ozella.
The 1900 Census Sampson Westbrook North Carolina shows that both the parents of Julius McLamb were born in North Carolina.

Marriage record:
