How do I reply to a question sent from WikiTree G2G to my personal mailbox

Question

I received a question about a place from a specific person but it came to me from WikiTreeG2G to which no reply is possible.

How am I supposed to reply?

Looks like I misread your question Rita - if it is an email that you received because of a G2G notification (reply or comment to your G2G question, answer, or comment) then you can follow the link back and reply at G2G or go to the person's profile and send them a Wikitree personal email.

This may be why I am having a problem. Thanks for your response SJ Baty, but it is Rita who sent me the question and to whom I am trying unsuccessfully to reply.

I followed your advice and it shows: WikiTree G2G; in the To: box.

Hence my problem.

Looks like I misread the question; I had thought you had received an email via the Wikitree email system.  Yup, if not, you can send a personal message via her personal email or else reply to the G2G question/comment.

The message from G2G - if you scroll down - will have a link to the thread where the post appears.  Go to the thread, and answer on G2G.
