Honors for a World War II Soldier killed in action

Hi, I was busy adding family ancestors for the connection challenge and came across a cousin who was killed in action during World War II. Most all of my cousins come from Rhode Island and it was so sad to read about PFC Earle E.Sawyer's death. They never talked about him when we went to visit cousins back in the 1960's possibliy because of all those now serving in the Vietnam War. Anyway......

Could someone please assist and add the honors to his profile here please:

It will be much appreciated.

Hi Dorothy,

I added a couple of additional military sources to his profile.  I found a hospitalization record that indicated that he had stepped on a land mine and did not survive his injuries.

*PFC Sawyer, Earle E was foun in the following in image 11 page 7..World War II Honor List of Dead and Missing Army and Army Air Forces Personnel from Rhode Island, 1946   URL: https://catalog.archives.gov/id/305314
