Birth and Baptism record is missing the first name and date of baptism ? Does this mean...

Hello! In my search for birth or baptism records in Hungary, I have found one with no first name listed and no baptism date. It only lists the birth date. All other records on this page list both dates and a first name. I am wondering if this means the baby was still born or if the parents did not have a name picked out or ... just left it off? So many questions. Any insight you have would be helpful. I will try to insert the photo and supply the link. It is line number 94.

The explanation is in the next-to-last column: halva született "stillborn".

Thank you for your reply. You are awesome! * If you happen to be able to translate the names in the godparent section, that would be excellent! Thanks!
There are no godparents listed. (No living child, no baptism, no godparents.)

94. Date of birth 2 December 1892, date of baptism --
Child: --, boy, legitimate
Parents: József B. Fekete, born in Ibrány, ev. ref. [Calvinist] farmer; Rozália Kulcsár, born in Ibrány, ev. ref.
Residence: Ibrány house-number 25.
Godparents: --
Midwife: --
Officiant: --
Date of death, if applicable: stillborn
Notes: [blank]

Note that the "B." in the father's name is part of the surname, not a middle initial. Other examples on the page include B. Szabó and K. Fekete. These were originally disambiguating names added to locally-common family names; eventually, they got shortened to just an initial, and it is quite possible that by 1892, nobody remembered quite what they had stood for.
