I've been researching for many years and have quite a lot of information now. At the moment I am keen to find more on John Collins who was born 1785 and was in the Hussars from 1804. He was married in Ireland but it seems the record is not accessible on internet unless it is lost of course. He came to Aust as a soldier guarding convicts on the Henry. I am also interested in sketching , bushcare and walking.
