Hi, Leo, and welcome to WikiTree. I once imported from WT to AncestralQuest for a short project with someone using the program and had to export WT to GEDCOM to do the import. So, I assume you'd need to export your AncestralQuest to a GEDCOM and then do WikiTree's GEDCOMpare which you can read about here.
Before you venture into GEDCOMpare, I would suggest a lot of reading about the pros and cons of using that system. I used it when I joined WT and decided simply checking for existing profiles and creating the ones not in WikiTree one by one would have been a/ faster, b/ avoided more duplicates, and most importantly c/ produced better profiles for the new additions to WikiTree.
