Military Sticker Help - WWI US Army

Question

Walter Gray was killed in action in WWI. I attempted several times to make the appropriate Military Sticker and I cannot get it correct. I would appreciate your help. Also, is there a more specific location I can put for location of death? The battle he died in is on the profile.

A more specific location for death would likely be Ardennes. That's the region in northern France where Fléville was liberated by the 16th Infantry regiment (Big Red 1) on Oct 4, 1918.
