Edit the profile and on the right (down a little way) you should see : Children: [add/remove child].  Click that link and a new page will pop up where you can enter the details.
Edit the PARENTS profile and then click the Add/Remove Child Tab on the right side to add children.

Sorry but I had to clarify Melanies comment.

Thanks, Robynne .. momentary brain flip.  blush

Edit a profile, on the right side, it has a 'Siblings' section.  Select the Add / Remove sibling and either enter a Wikitree ID at the top or enter the new profile information.  Just above the 'Add Sibling' button, it has checkboxes on the same parents as the person whose profile you were on.  If either of those parents is different, make sure to unclick the incorrect parent.  You will have to then add that missing parent to the new profile.

As previously stated, you can also add a child from one of the Parent's profiles.

Even though there are links on the Edit page to add siblings... siblings actually can't exist unless they share parents (a father, a mother, or both)

So either method mentioned so far will work, but ultimately, just know that its the ties to the parents that will make them siblings.
