Is there a tool to show a descendant fan chart?

I really like the ancestor fan chart.  However, members of my family like the descendant fan chart, and I haven't figured out if the ancestor fan chart can be modified to show a descendant fan chart instead.

Would this suit your needs or is this the Ancestor Fan Chart you mention?

Thanks for the pointer.  Yes, this is the Ancestor Fan Chart, i.e., shows ancestors for the person identified.

I'd like to instead identify an ancestor, and have the fan chart show descendants.  I understand this is a harder problem, since the number of parents is constant (2), while the number of children is variable (and the subsequent generations can double or more once spouses are included).
I personally use Gramps to create charts like that. But I am hoping someone with more knowledge of the available apps will reply. Maybe you can tag your question with 'fan_chart' and 'wt_apps' (there is a box when you edit your post).

These tags help people finding your post/question via their feed.
Thanks so much, Michel, for staying on top of this and your helpful suggestions!  The Gramps user manual refers to a Descendant Fan View, which sounds awfully like what I'm looking for.  I will download it and let you know if it does the trick, thanks again!
Confirmed, Michel, the Gramps descendant fan view met my requirements perfectly, thanks so much!

There are some things I have to work out -- 'anonymous' for some of the spouses -- but otherwise I have everything I need!

Much appreciated!
You are welcome!
