Hopefully the error message is self explanatory....I know what it means, but don't remember how to word it ... it needs to be fixed by a leader...I don't have access to it.

Two ways to fix this - the project can be added as Project Manager on this profile or the PPP removed. Or if this profile needs protection and doesn't need a project, you can ignore the error.

PPP is used to add a layer of protection for profiles that need it. It appears that Paula J added this to the profile on 27 June 2017. It looks like this might have been done post-merge. You might ask her why this was added, or if you're aware, you can share that reason. Some profiles inherently are at risk of certain modifications and PPP can sometimes help to prevent these edits, but this can be pretty rare. There was a time when PPP was put on by a number of Leaders as a precaution and that was more of a standard practice, so if there's really no reason for it, it can be easily removed.

Scott, you wrote: "Or if this profile needs protection and doesn't need a project, you can ignore the error."

My understanding is that PPP cannot remain on a profile without a project. So if protection is still needed, we will have to find a project to co-manage it.

That's the ideal situation, although it is true that you can mark the error as false on the report and it will go away for awhile. Since it's been brought to G2G, it's probably best we resolve it.
It does not need to be protected...but if it's going to stay that way it should have a miltary and war leadership thing...(don't know what I'm saying...lol...hopefully you get what I'm trying to say...over heated and tired, sorry)
Thank you Scott! It looks like someone tried to unlock it back in April but apparently their -1 didn't do the trick, but your 0 did :)
I suspect that it was locked to protect the spelling of the last name. T should you need to merge it with another profile with the incorrect spelling, let me know and I will take it under Connecticut's wing.

That works for me - I'll remove the PPP now. Thanks!
