yes a known cousin, not that many generations. I've also tried deleting my own id and used ids for 2 other people. Just tried it again, it's as if the search mechanism stalls out and does not deliver results. I don't know, I've never had this problem before.

I'm not tech support in any way, but that I can get it to work (deliberately using IE instead of Opera or "new" Edge), says to me that it is your end.
