Bond for guardian signed 16 January 1758 was signed by Joseph Dutton, filed in Middlesex County Probate Case 6573. The actual appointment was not in the file, but the bond provides strong evidence that Joseph Dutton was appointed guardian of "Jerusha Dutton, a minor, in the third year of her age, daughter of Ephraim Dutton, late of Lunenbourge..."  The probate file is in a subscription site, American Ancestors.

Jim, thank you so much for your posting!  It enabled me to finally confirm, after decades of searching and hypothesizing, that Jerusha Dutton's father did indeed die young (contrary to a number of trees), making it possible to identify her mother as likely the same Thankful who subsequently married William Brabrook.  The theory only worked if  Ephraim had died young and you have verified that -- much appreciated!
