How do I add a photo?

Is the photo already on Wikitree, or is it on your computer?

The best way is to upload the photo on Wikitree; therefore you must change in the edit section of a profile, on the right hand side is an button add image. Push the button and follow the instructions, then you have uploaded a photo to Wikitree.

If you want to add the photo on G2G, you must copy the the link of the photo on Wikitree, then go to G2G answer or question and push the button with the photo; pate the copied link into the box under URL. That's it.

You must be on a mobile.  I am on a computer, and there is no 'add image' on the Edit tab.  Instead, there is a tab called 'Images', and the first line there is a link for you to upload an image.

Ros -- I think Dieter means this way (using edit tab, scroll down, there's a tiny "add image" link) :

I have never used that link, so have no idea if it checks your computer, or images already attached to the profile.

Edit : on checking a profile with no images, that link opens a new page that allows upload in the normal way, as done via the images tab.
