upload not possible

Question

The image is not a duplicate!

Message:

Is the image you're uploading, Heirat Johann Kever u Mathar.jpg, the same as the existing image named Kever-179-1.jpg?

A.) If they're the same, please click to Kever-179-1.jpg and add the WikiTree ID Kever-179 under "People & Things in the Image".

B.) If they're the same but you have a special reason for wanting to create a duplicate, select Heirat Johann Kever u Mathar.jpg in step 1 again below and skip to step 4.

C.) If they are different, we apologize for the inconvenience. You have gotten this message in error. Please help us by doing the following:

1. Upload Heirat Johann Kever u Mathar.jpg (same as (B) above.)
2. Copy the URL of the resulting image page.
3. Post a comment on this G2G conversation with the new URL and the URL of the existing image, i.e. <https://www.WikiTree.com/photo/Kever-179-1.jpg>.

Thank you!"

But it will not allow me to go ahead and upload the image. This message is coming back again and again.

Does it work when you rename the file? And it is better not to use blanks. So something like "Heirat_Kever_Mathar.jpg'

The image Kever-179-1.jpg looks to me to be the same as the image Kever-179.jpg so it seems you have managed to upload it twice (unless I am missing some detail --which is very possible).

It is possible the system could not detect a difference, which would be why the message.  (I couldn't, but I also didn't look terribly closely, so there are obviously differences not apparent to me (and the system).)

Glad to know you have the images you want.

I was not aware they had the same name, as they were in different places in my computer.
