No primary picture on some ancestors

Hi am just loading some photographs on my tree I have saved them all as primary photograph but when i go to my tree i can see some but not others

What am i doing wrong please

If you are looking at the ancestor view, only the first three generations (you and the next two) will show. (It's a space thing.)

If you select a higher up ancestor, then look at the ancestor view, you'll see whatever images the next generation or few will have.
Thankyou so much that answers my question then. You are totally right with what you say . Can see the first 3 generations.

So long as the image shows on the profile, all is good.  smiley

Are the ones you don't see for other than open lock privacy profiles?
