In looking at the Caleb Nichols family in Families of Old Fairfield (Jacobus), in the summary of children, it says that daughter Anne died young.
But it looks like she's named in Caleb's will dated 1690, but that she wasn't included in signing off of the distribution of his estate in 1702, which seems like she died sometime between those two events? (Which would make her not particularly young).
The will apparently didn't include his daughters married names, and since there isn't a representative for her heirs, I'd assume she probably died without issue.
Am I reading this correctly? Is the "died young" notation just an just an error?
