Your e-mail address has not been confirmed. You will not be able to edit, post, or send messages until it is. Is [emailaddress] correct? If not please change it and then request a new confirmation message. If your e-mail address is correct but you didn't receive a confirmation message, click here. We apologize for the inconvenience. It happens when I try to add a person as spouse from FamilySearch via the app, but I can edit profiles otherwise.

Send a message to info @ with your email address and your wikitree ID.  Possibly a message was sent to you that you did not respond to so, they need to verify it.

I just saw the last part. What app are you using? Wikitree X? Maybe there is a problem with the app and family search. Can you add the spouse from wikitree without the app?  I don't use any app to add relationships, prefer to do it manually to ensure sources are added properly.
I am just going to assume it’s a temporary bug with the I guess it’s called WikiTree x app, it’s the only time the error shows.

This has started happening to me as well when using WikiTree X
It does seem to be related just to when adding a spouse
Oddly enough it happens when I'm using Chrome but not when I'm using Opera with the plug in that allows Chrome extensions to be added.
Also when clicking on the confirmation link, I never received an email (yes I checked spam)

(I have sent an email as suggested in a previous answer)
