I am looking for confirmed information of the parents of Hannah Perkins, spouse of Jabez Fitch (Fitch-1870).

Jabez Fitch (Fitch-1870) was married to Hannah Perkins (1733-1808) in Norwich-Lisbon, New London, Connecticut on June 3, 1760. Most sources list Hannah's parents as Rachel Leonard and Jabez Perkins. But one source lists her parents as Matthew Perkins and Hannah. This source also gives different parents for Jabez listing James Fitch and Alice Bradford.

"Connecticut Marriages, 1630-1997", database, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:F759-Z8B : 11 January 2020), Jabez Fitch, 1760.

Could someone more knowledgeable than me in regards to this time period and location please confirm that Hannah Perkins (Perkins-11119) should be added as Jabez' spouse and that the above source is somehow mistaken.
