its all gone wrong

Question

I created an accont, my sister created an account i tried to merge my sisters account with the sister that i put in the family tree and it has all gone wrong. When she logs in she sees diferent stuff to me so. If there is someone in my timezone (bst) that could help with live chat of some sort that would be wonderful.

Welcome aboard Andy.  You and your sister both have private profiles, so we really can't see what's going on.  I'd suggest, as a first step, that you contact one of the greeters who left notes on the two profiles and see if they can help.  I'm not sure about the specifics, but I think there are some special rules about merging an account of an active member, so if that's what caused the problem, you may need to contact info@wikitree.com to sort it out.  See Item 5.6 on this page:
