I got cute and added the bio father to an adopted child. I can't delete it or figure out how to correct it.

The profile is private but if this is information which should not be shared my suggestion is to remove the father. This is done in the child's edit mode, button under the child's father to remove/replace, option to remove or replace is at the bottom of that next screen.
