They clearly are the same person. They are both open. They should be easily merged, and you seem to be the PM for both.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe you are pasting in the exclamation point at the end of 2098 - which is a no-no.
They wont let me merge because I am not on the trusted list (trusted list for open profiles - really?) but I have proposed the merge so all Carolyn needs to do is to accept the merge
