Information on Jim Looney Perkins?

I am looking for any information on my grandfather, Jim Looney Perkins. He was born on Sept. 14, 1918 in Oklahoma and died on April 25th 2004 in Perryton, Tx. I don't know anything else and would like to know if he had any siblings, who his parents were, where in Oklahoma he was born. Just want to know anything about his lineage, his background, his ancestors, etc..
