I created a profile for a friend of the family and entered a lot of his family tree for him. I entered his email address, he logged in, and he became the manager of his own profile.
He used his account to login and show family members the private information in his tree that I had built for him with the information he and his family had provided and the additional ancestral information I had found and sourced for him.
He has since lost access to his email account, having created a new email account with another email provider.
He cannot remember his Wikitree password.
What does he have to do to get access to his Wikitree account again?
