Not getting response for trusted list request for ancestor [closed]

Question

In the past we have collorborated with the profile manager, however for sometime we have had no response re our request ot join the trusted list..  Both myself and my daughter would like to keep track of this profile, he is an ancestor of great importance in the family.  Can anyone help?  yes we have sent requests via all three methods, to no avail about 3 times.

From what I can see the profile manager has not been active since March. You may want to try another email to the profile manager.
