What? No project for Austria?

Question

Austro-Hungary was a huge empire and even subsequent to WWI, is still a country with a larger population than Switzerland and twice the size, but unlike Switzerland, has not project.  Switzerland is just the closest neighbor but one can also see that Scotland also is smaller in size and population.

Should a Austria project be added?

Ahh, that's a start!  I see that it is a sub-project and apparently in need of a project leader and needs some updating.  

There are many ways to slice and dice a former empire it possibly it makes more sense to have Austo-Hungary as a project with Galicia, Hungary, Austria, Czechia, etc. as sub-projects.
