Merge completed, still shows as unmerged match

Question

A merge of Petitpas-22 and Petipas-1 was completed in 2016.  There are two entries of unmerged matches for this same pair on Petitpas-22.  I can't remove them because the merge was completed.  I think they need to be removed manually somewhere.  Unless I'm missing something??

I don't know why Petipas-1 is listed twice under unmerged match; that is strange.

But the 2016 completed merge was between Petitpas-175 and Petitpas-22. Petipas-1 was marked as an unmerged match way back then due the spelling variation which needs resolving.

Petipas-1 was renamed to Petitpas-175 before merging into Petitpas-22. Maybe something about the rename confused the system? Doesn't make sense why the unmerged match is repeated, but a sysop should be able to remove it.
